For India and International Orders:
We request you to carefully choose your products before ordering. We have a strict- no exchange, return & cancellation policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged/returned.
For damaged/Incomplete Orders Only (India):
All orders are packed with utmost attention & sent out after an extensive quality check from our end. In least likely scenario, if you receive an incomplete order/a product gets damaged in-transit. Kindly share an unpacking video from start to end within 24hours of delivery over our WhatsApp customer care +91 88823 95393 or email us the video on customercare@gypsymaal.com (please note: only uncut/unedited video from start to end is considered for any claims. Video of an already opened package doesn't qualify for review). This is to protect buyer-seller in any circumstances. On approval from Gypsymaal, a reverse pickup for the same shall be arranged free of cost. In case reverse pickup by courier partner isn’t available in your city, please courier back the order in its original packaging. A Shipping amount of up to Rs.100 is reimbursed by Gypsy Maal to send the parcel back. Refund or Replacement of the product is subjective to approval from Gypsy Maal (unit of Swaraj Creation).
