For orders within India:

    • We charge a standard shipping rate of INR 100 on all orders Pan – India(except for the pre-listed all inclusive combos on the website)
    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days(excluding weekends & public holidays). Delivery time for orders is between 6-8 business days from the day of dispatch depending on your location. We’re continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer.
    • In case of Curfew/lockdown delays can happen. We request you to be patient while we work upon getting your order delivered. Please note that no cancellations/refunds shall be processed in this case.
    • Tracking Number for the Courier would be provided to you over Email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped. It takes about 6-10 Business days to deliver Pan-India(depending on your location).

    • In the shipping details while checking out, please make sure of putting down an address where there is someone to receive the parcel. In case courier is sent back to us due to your unavailability at the location or due to incorrect address mentioned at the time of placing the order, standard courier charges shall apply to send it again. In case of non-availability at the address, usually 2 delivery attempts are made by the courier partner before the package is sent back to us.
    • In case you wouldn’t like to pay the re-shipping charges, a credit note minus the shipping charges (₹100) shall be created for future purchase with us. Please note: no refunds shall be initiated in this case.
    • We request you to provide complete & Correct shipping details while placing your order. Gypsy Maal doesn’t take any liability of shipment with incorrect shipping details.
    • In case of any Courier Delivery discrepancies, Kindly Report the concern within 24hours of receiving delivery message(sent to your registered Email and Phone no.)
    • All orders are packed with utmost Care & attention. In least likely scenario ,if you receive an incomplete order/a damaged product. Kindly share an unpacking video from start to end within 24hours of delivery over our WhatsApp customer care +91 88823 95393 or email us the video on customercare@gypsymaal.com (please note: only uncut/unedited video is considered for any claims). This is to protect buyer-seller in any circumstances.

For International Orders
